Die Stadt Bultfontein [bœltfɔntɛĭn] ist der Verwaltungssitz der Gemeinde Tswelopele, Distrikt Lejweleputswa, Provinz Freistaat in Südafrika. Sie liegt 97 Kilometer nördlich von Bloemfontein. Die Stadt mit rund 1.000 Einwohnern wurde 1874 gegründet.

Ihren Namen erhielt die Stadt nach der dort zu findenden Quelle.
