Brigitte Maria Mayer

Brigitte Maria Mayer (* 1965 in Regensburg) ist eine deutsche Fotografin.

Von 1986 bis 1990 studierte sie an der Hochschule für visuelle Kommunikation in Kassel. Seit Studienende lebt und arbeitet sie als freischaffende Künstlerin in Berlin. Zu ihren Arbeiten gehören Perfect Sister 1, Perfect Sister 2, Passionsspiele Oberammergau und Der Tod ist ein Irrtum.

Mayer war von 1992 bis zu seinem Tod 1995 mit dem Dramatiker und Regisseur Heiner Müller verheiratet.
