Blair Brown (* 23. April 1946 in Washington (D.C.)) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin.

Brown absolvierte 1969 die Canada's National Theatre School, später trat sie in zahlreichen Theaterstücken wie The School for Scandal und The Merchant of Venice auf. Für ihre Hauptrolle im Stück Copenhagen gewann sie im Jahr 2000 den Tony Award.

Als Filmschauspielerin spielte Brown neben William Hurt in Der Höllentrip (1980). Für ihre Rolle im Film Zwei wie Katz und Maus (1981), in dem sie neben John Belushi spielte, wurde sie für den Filmpreis Golden Globe nominiert. Sie trat ebenfalls in Fernsehserien wie Kennedy (1983) und Space (1985) auf. Für ihre Rolle in der Fernsehserie The Days and Nights of Molly Dodd (1987 bis 1991) wurde sie mehrmals für den Emmy Award nominiert.

Aktuell ist sie in der erfolgreichen US-Serie Fringe - Grenzfälle des FBI zu sehen

Brown lebte von 1976 bis 1985 mit dem Schauspieler Richard Jordan zusammen und hat einen Sohn.
