Belal Mansoor Ali (arabischبلال منصور علي‎ Bilal Mansur Ali, DMG Bilāl Manṣūr ʿAlī; Geburtsname John Kipkorir Yego; * 17. Oktober 1988 in Kenia) ist ein bahrainischer Mittelstreckenläufer kenianischer Herkunft.

Ali war mit 16 Jahren der jüngste Leichtathlet, der bei der Leichtathletik-Weltmeisterschaft 2005 in Helsinki ein Finale erreichte. Im 800-Meter-Lauf wurde er mit einer Zeit von 1:45,55 Minuten Siebter. Im Juli 2005 war er im Vorfeld der WM bereits Jugendweltmeister über 1500 m in Marrakesch geworden. Bei der Weltmeisterschaft in Helsinki ging er auch über diese Strecke an den Start, scheiterte jedoch im Halbfinale.

Ebenfalls 16-jährig, stellte er am 17. Juni 2005 in Conegliano mit 1:44,34 Minuten eine Jugend-Weltbestleistung auf, die bis Saisonende 2007 noch nicht übertroffen wurde.

2006 wurde er im 1500-Meter-Lauf Dritter der Junioren-Weltmeisterschaft. Im Jahr darauf bei der WM in Ōsaka schied er über 800 m im Vorlauf aus und wurde er Elfter über 1500 m.

Bei den Olympischen Spielen 2008 in Peking wurde er über 1500 m Achter.
