Yellow Springs ist eine kleine Universitätsstadt südlich von Springfield im US-Bundesstaat Ohio. Sie hat ca. 3.800 Einwohner (Stand: 2000).

Der Ort ist seit 1852 Sitz des Antioch College, heute Antioch University Midwest.

Ihren Namen hat die Stadt von der östlich der Stadt gelegenen Quelle, die durch einen hohen Mineralgehalt gelb bis orange gefärbt ist. Diese Quelle war den früher dort ansässigen Indianern ein heiliger Ort.

Yellow Springs ist der Geburtsort der Jazz-Schlagzeugerin Cindy Blackman und seit vielen Jahren der Wohnort von Comedian David Chappelle.
