Worcester Rugby (offiziell Worcester Warriors Rugby Union Football Club, auch als Worcester Warriors bekannt) ist ein Rugby Union-Verein aus der englischen Stadt Worcester, der in der RFU Championship spielt, der obersten englischen Liga. Die Heimspiele werden im Sixways Stadium ausgetragen.

Geschichte

Gegründet wurde der Verein im Jahr 1871 durch Reverend Francis John Ede. Seit der Einführung des fest organisierten Spielbetriebs im Jahr 1987 waren die Warriors die meiste Zeit in regionalen Ligen. In der Saison 2003/04 gewannen sie alle 26 Spiele in der National Division One und stiegen in die Zurich Premiership auf, die heutige Guinness Premiership. 2010 mussten sie wieder absteigen.
