William Douglas, 10. Earl of Angus

William Douglas, 10. Earl of Angus (* um 1552; † 3. März 1611 in Paris) war ein schottischer Adliger.

William war ein Sohn von William Douglas, 9. Earl of Angus, und dessen Gemahlin Egidia Graham. Er folgte seinem Vater 1591 als Earl of Angus.

1592 war der Earl in die Verschwörung „Spanish Blanks“ verwickelt, in der die katholischen Peers versuchten, mit Hilfe des spanischen Königs Philipp II. Schottland gewaltsam zu rekatholisieren. Dadurch ging William all seiner Titel und Güter verlustig und zog sich schließlich 1608 auf den Kontinent zurück.

Er heiratete 1585 Elizabeth, Tochter des Laurence Oliphant, 4. Lord Oliphant, mit der er folgende Kinder hatte:

  • Elizabeth, heiratete John Campbell of Cawdor
  • William Douglas, 1. Marquess of Douglas
