Wayne Northrop (* 12. April 1947 in Sumner, Washington, USA; als Wayne Alan Northrop) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler.

Der Schauspieler gab 1977 sein Fernsehdebüt. Es folgten zahlreiche Auftritte in verschiedenen Fernsehserien. Am bekanntesten wurde er durch seine Rolle in der US-Serie Der Denver-Clan als Michael Culhane, den er 1981 und von 1986 bis 1987 darstellte.

Wayne Northrop ist seit 1981 mit der Schauspielerin Lynn Herring verheiratet. Das Paar hat zwei Söhne, Hank und Grady.
