Top Glove Sdn Bhd ist ein mittelgroßes malaysisches Unternehmen, das Handschuhe aus Kautschuk herstellt. Es gehört zu den drei größten Handschuhherstellern der Welt. Die Produktpalette umfasst neben Einmaluntersuchungshandschuhen als Latex, Nitril und Vinyl auch sterile Operationshandschuhe, Haushaltshandschuhe sowie diverse Sonderprodukte.

Top Glove ist ein börsendotieres Unternehmen, notiert an der Bursa Malaysia (KLSE).

Neben 14 Fabriken in Malaysia betreibt Top Glove auch zwei Fabriken in Thailand und eine in China (Zhanjiagang/Jiangsu) und Niederlassungen in der USA und Deutschland (Duisburg). Mit einer Gesamtanzahl von 338 Produktionslinen verfügt das Unternehmen über eine Gesamtproduktionskapazität von rund 29 Milliarden Handschuhen pro Jahr.

Das Unternehmen exportiert in mehr als 180 Länder (Mai 2008) und erfüllt Qualitätsstandards aus Europa, den USA, Australien, Deutschland und Frankreich. Mit Blick auf globale Standards liegt ein Schwerpunkt der Investitionen Top Gloves in Forschung und Entwicklung.
