Tomás O’Leary (* 22. Oktober 1983 im County Cork) ist ein irischer Rugby-Union-Spieler. Er spielt als Gedrängehalb für die irische Nationalmannschaft und die Provinz Munster.

O’Leary durchlief die Jugendnationalmannschaften des Landes und erreichte 2004 das Finale der U21-Weltmeisterschaft. Er spielte ebenfalls für die 7er-Auswahl Irlands. 2007 gab er sein Debüt für die Herrennationalmannschaft gegen Argentinien. Seit den Novemberländerspielen 2008 gehört er zur Stammformation Irlands und war auch Teil des Kaders, der bei den Six Nations 2009 den Grand Slam gewinnen konnte. Er wurde folglich auch für die Tour der British and Irish Lions nach Südafrika nominiert.[1] Er brach sich jedoch im Magners-League-Spiel gegen die Llanelli Scarlets einen Knöchel und fiel für die restliche Saison und den Sommer aus.[2]

O’Learys Vater Seánie O’Leary ist ein bekannter Hurlingspieler.
