Tituli in Proconsulari (ital.: Tituli di Proconsolare) ist ein Titularbistum der römisch-katholischen Kirche.

Es geht zurück auf einen untergegangenen Bischofssitz in der gleichnamigen antiken Stadt, die in der römischen Provinz Africa proconsularis lag. Der Bischofssitz war der Kirchenprovinz Karthago zugeordnet.
