Die Thatcher Peninsula (deutsch „Thatcher-Halbinsel“) ist eine gebirgige Halbinsel im Nordteil von Zentral-Südgeorgien, die im Norden durch den Mai Point abgeschlossen wird. Gebildet wird die Halbinsel durch die Cumberland West Bay im Westen und die Cumberland East Bay und den Moraine Fjord im Osten; an Land wird sie im Südwesten und im Süden durch den Lyell Glacier und den Hamberg Glacier begrenzt. King Edward Cove an der Ostseite der Halbinsel ist der Ort der British Antarctic Survey-Station, etwa 800 Meter entfernt liegt die ehemalige Walfangstation Grytviken. Die Halbinsel wurde 1991 vom Antarktischen Ortsnamenskommittees des Vereinigten Königreichs (UK-APC) nach einem Vorschlag der Mitglieder der Royal Geographical Society nach Margaret Thatcher benannt, die britische Premierministerin von 1979 bis 1990 war.
