Simon Clarke (* 18. Juli 1986) ist ein australischer Radrennfahrer.

Simon Clarke wurde 2004 Junioren-Weltmeister in der Mannschaftsverfolgung auf der Bahn zusammen mit Matthew Goss, Michael Ford und Miles Olman. Seit 2006 fährt er bei dem australischen Continental Team Southaustralia.com-AIS. Bei seinem ersten Rennen, der Tour Down Under 2006, wurde er Achter der Gesamtwertung und belegte somit den zweiten Platz in der Nachwuchswertung. Später bei der Herald Sun Tour schaffte er wieder das gleiche Ergebnis.
