Rose Elizabeth Cleveland (* 13. Juni 1846 in Fayetteville, NY; † 22. November 1918 in Bagni di Lucca) war die Schwester von US-Präsident Grover Cleveland, welcher zweimal das Amt des Präsidenten innehatte. Das erste Mal (1885–1886) war Rose Cleveland die First Lady der USA.

Nachdem ihr Bruder am 2. Juni 1886 Frances Cleveland geheiratet hatte, gab sie ihr Amt als First Lady an letztere ab und begann eine Karriere als Erzieherin. Rose Cleveland starb in Bagni di Lucca an der Spanischen Grippe.
