Ritual Entertainment ist ein Computerspielhersteller mit Sitz in Dallas, Texas., USA. Vor der Namensgebung Ritual Entertainment war der Hersteller bekannt unter dem Namen Hipnotic Interactive.

2007 wurde Ritual Entertainment von MumboJumbo aufgekauft, ein Spielehersteller, der sich mit den sogenannten Casual Games auf Gelegenheitsspieler spezialisiert hat.

Letztes von Ritual Entertainment veröffentlichte Spiel war SiN Episodes: Emergence im Jahre 2006. Geplant waren neun Episoden, wovon Emergence der bis zum Kauf durch MumboJumbo einzige Titel blieb.
