Die Atlantia S.p.A. (früher Autostrade S.p.A.) ist ein seit 1950 auf Mautabwicklung spezialisiertes Dienstleistungsunternehmen in Italien.

Betreut werden derzeit in Italien 3.100 Autobahnkilometer mit 262 Mautstellen. Dies entspricht ca. 56 Prozent des gebührenpflichtigen italienischen Autobahnnetzes. Dabei fallen täglich ca. 1,7 Millionen Gebührentransaktionen an. Jährlich werden von etwa 750 Millionen Fahrzeugen 45 Milliarden Kilometer auf den gebührenpflichtigen Strecken zurückgelegt.

Die Atlantia S.p.A. hat ihren Sitz in Rom und wurde 1950 unter dem Namen „Società Autostrade Concessioni e Costruzioni S.p.A.“ gegründet. Seit 1999 ist der Konzern zu 100% an der Börse Mailand notiert. Die Kontrolle der Gesellschaft übt ein Aktionärskern aus, der von der Benetton-Familie geführt wird. Eine Tochtergesellschaft war die in Österreich tätige Europpass LKW-Mautsystem GmbH, welche sich allerdings heute zu 100% im Besitz der ASFINAG befindet.

2006 zeichnete sich eine Fusion mit dem spanischen Konkurrenten und Autobahnbetreiber Abertis ab[1]. Diese konnte jedoch letztendlich nicht umgesetzt werden.

Am 5. Mai 2007 beschloss der Vorstand die Umbenennung des Unternehmens in Atlantia S.p.A.[2].
