Randall's Island ist eine Insel im East River vor New York (NY, USA ) und gehört zum New Yorker Stadtteil Manhattan.

Die Insel ist über die Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Bridge für Fußgänger und Autos von den Boroughs Manhattan, Queens und Bronx zu erreichen. Die Hellgate-Brücke führt ebenfalls über die Insel.

Auf der Insel ist heute eine Ausbildungseinrichtung der New Yorker Feuerwehr (New York City Fire Department). Der Großteil der Insel ist jedoch ein öffentlicher Park. Die Randall's Island Sports Foundation errichtete etliche Sporteinrichtungen, darunter einen Golfplatz, Tennisplätze sowie Fußball-, Basketball- und Baseballfelder.
