RMS Radio Marketing Service mit Sitz in Hamburg steht für die nationale Vermarktung der Werbezeiten sowie der Online- und Audioangebote von 150 privaten Radiosendern im gesamten Bundesgebiet. Darüber hinaus umfasst das Sender-Portfolio von RMS führende deutsche Webradios. RMS Austria wurde mit dem flächendeckenden Start der Privatradios in Österreich im März 1998 als Tochterunternehmen von RMS Hamburg gegründet und betreut heute 42 österreichische Sender.

RMS erzielte laut Nielsen Media Research im Jahr 2009 einen Umsatz von 817 Millionen Euro und ist vor der ARD-Werbung (AS&S) Marktführer unter den nationalen Audivermarktern.

RMS vergibt einen in mehrere Kategorien aufgeteilten Radio-Kreativpreis, den http://www.ramses-award.de RAMSES KREATIV AWARD].

RMS ist gemeinsam mit AS&S Radio Veranstalter des Branchenevents RADIO DAY.
