Prescott and Russell United Counties (frz. Comtés unis de Prescott et Russell) ist ein County im Südosten der kanadischen Provinz Ontario. Der County Seat ist L'Original in der Gemeinde Champlain. Die Einwohnerzahl beträgt 80.184 (2006), die Fläche 2001,18 km², was einer Bevölkerungsdichte von 40,1 Einwohnern je km² entspricht. Das County liegt am Ottawa River und entstand 1820 durch die Fusion der Countys Prescott und Russell. Rund zwei Drittel der Einwohner gehören der französisch sprechenden Minderheit der Franko-Ontarier an.
