Polruan (kornisch: Porthruan) ist ein kleiner Fischerort an der Südküste der Grafschaft Cornwall im Südwesten Englands. Der Ort liegt gegenüber von Fowey an der Mündung des Fowey Rivers in den Ärmelkanal. Polruan fällt steil zur Flussseite hin ab und zeichnet sich durch kleine, teils steile Gassen aus.

Es besteht eine Personenfährverbindung zum gegenüberliegenden Fowey. Im nahe gelegenen Bodinnick befindet sich eine Autofährverbindung nach Fowey.
