Per curiam

Per curiam (lat. für das Gericht, im Namen des Gerichts) ist ein Rechtsterminus, der den rechtlich verbindlichen Standpunkt eines Kollegialgerichts bezeichnet. Bei einer Prozessordnung mit Mehrheitsprinzip ist dies der Standpunkt der entscheidungstragenden Mehrheit.

Antonyme: Sondervotum, abweichende Meinung, dissenting vote.
