Die Pacific Dawn (ex Regal Princess) ist ein Kreuzfahrtschiff der P&O Cruises Australia. Sie fährt unter der Flagge Großbritanniens. Ihr Schwesterschiff fuhr als Ocean Village 2 für die Reederei Ocean Village und ist seit Ende 2009 als Pacific Jewel ebenfalls bei P&O Cruises Australia in Dienst.

Geschichte

Die Pacific Dawn wurde von Renzo Piano, dem Architekten des Centre Pompidou, entworfen. In seiner Form sollte das Schiff einem Delfin gleichen. Sie wurde von Fincantieri Naval in Triest gebaut und 1991 als Regal Princess für die Reederei Princess Cruises in Dienst gestellt. 2007 wurde das Schiff an die P&O Australia Cruises übergeben und in Pacific Dawn umbenannt.

Das Schiff ist in elf Passagierdecks und ein Sonnendeck aufgeteilt.
