Ouvéa ist ein Atoll im Pazifischen Ozean und bildet eine gleichnamige französische Kommune in Neukaledonien.

Ouvéa besteht aus den Inseln Ouvéa, Mouli, Faiava und einigen Kleinstinseln in der Umgebung. Sie gehören zu den Loyalitätsinseln.

Die Kommune hat 3392 Einwohner (2009) auf einer Fläche von 132,1 km². Im Dorf Fayaoué befindet sich der Sitz der Kommunalverwaltung.

1988 ereignete sich eine Geiselnahme auf Ouvéa, wobei 27 Polizisten und ein Richter mehrere Tage von Separatisten in einer Höhle gefangen gehalten wurden.

Die einheimischen Sprachen sind Iaai und Faga Uvea.
