Chazuke (jap. 茶漬け), auch Ochazuke (お茶漬け) genannt, ist ein einfaches japanisches Gericht, das aus Reis besteht, in den man Tee gegeben hat. In der Gegend um Kyoto wird Chazuke Bubuzuke genannt.

Chazuke kann man mit Milch und Zerealien in Europa und Amerika vergleichen. Als Tee wird oft heißer Grüner Tee verwendet. Manchmal wird statt Tee aber auch heißes Wasser oder Dashi (eine Brühe) genommen; im Sommer aber auch Gerstentee. Weitere Zutaten sind unter anderem Umeboshi, Tsukemono, Ketalachs, Nori, Tsukudani, Shiokara, Wasabi, Tarako.
