Rouyn-Noranda ist eine Stadt in der kanadischen Provinz Québec. Sie liegt in der Verwaltungsregion Abitibi-Témiscamingue. Sie befindet sich am Osisko-See. Rouyn wurde 1917 gegründet, als man dort Kupfer entdeckte. Noranda (ein Kofferwort aus North Canada beziehungsweise Nord-Kanada) wurde erst später um das Horne-Bergwerk herum erbaut. Beide Ortschaften wurden 1926 als Stadt anerkannt und 1986 als Doppelstadt vereint.
